Residential Building Permit
This permit is obtained if someone wants to build a house or apartment.

Commercial Building Permit
This permit allows you or your contractor to proceed with a construction or remodeling project on your property.

Demolition Permit
This permit allows you to demolish any structure that requires a building permit to construct.

Residential and Non-Residential Electrical Permit
Installation of a single-phase electric circuit not exceeding 60 amperes at a nominal 120/240 volts which involves installation of household appliances, or for public and offices buildings.

This permit is to set up any sort of restaurant or bar

Septic Permit
This permit is for the installation and fixing of septic tanks.
