Temporary License
This license is for people who are looking to open temporary food trucks like at the fair; must notify 15 days prior, and has to be Serv Safe certified.
Summer’s Farmers Market Permit
This permit is for outdoor markets, farmers markets, etc.
Indoor Farmers Market Permit
This permit is similar to the Summer’s Farmers Market Permit, but for home-based vendors selling items at a market.
Mobile License
This permit is for establishments such as food trucks, hot dogs carts, etc.
Non-Profit Food Permit
This permit is for non-profit food service establishments.
Septic Permit
This permit is for the licensing of on-site sewage disposal systems.
